Sola Golf Club is an established 18-hole parkland course in Sola, founded 1993.
Par 72, length 5,838 m (yellow), 4,899 m (red). Parkland and woodland setting. The club offers three courses with one membership: two 18-hole courses and a Golf Park with golf, footgolf and a Pitch & Putt trail. Maximum handicap 54 for visitors. Season April-October.

FORUS: Weekend and weekdays after 14:00: 900 kr, Weekdays before 14:00: 700 kr, 9 holes: 500 kr, Junior (under 20 years): 400 kr. SOLASTRANDEN: All days before 12:00: 700 kr, All days after 12:00: 600 kr, 9 holes: 400 kr, Junior: 300 kr. GOLF PARK: Golf/Footgolf: 150 kr, Junior: 50 kr.
Notes
Three courses with one membership. Trolley: 50 kr (20 at Forus, 15 at Solastranden). Driving range: Half bucket approx. 25 balls, full bucket approx. 50 balls. GolfMore prepaid packages give bonus credit. Simulator: up to 4 players per booking, advance booking up to 14 days. Members can buy value card of 3,500 kr for 2,500 kr (30% discount).
